Company Management Team

ROY ONG
Roy has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and has led numerous IT assignments. Roy specializes in the development of technology solutions for organizations using the Linux operating systems along with its Open Source technologies. He has extensive experience in training various Linux and Security based technology certification courses, whilst providing technical advisory and consultations on several Linux based deployments and migrations.

Roy earned his Masters of Business (Information Technology) from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from University of London, UK.

Professionally, he also holds several industry recognized certifications and is a Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), a Red Hat Certified Datacenter Specialist (RHCDS), a Red Hat Certified Security Specialist (RHCSS), a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), a Red Hat Certified Examiner (RHCX), a Novell Certified Linux Professional (NCLP), a Comptia Linux+ Certified (Linux+).

 

GIAM TECK CHOON
Choon is the founder of Choon.Net, a business that prides itself on providing specialized server management services to web hosting providers operating within Linux and FreeBSD platforms. As a self-taught Linux advocate, Choon began his foray into the Linux environment in 2001 and is currently an active community contributor and can be seen posting in the development mailing lists of many open source projects. At Nixperience, Choon is responsible for product development, product strategy and technology alliances.
